We welcome your ideas for personalization for our products, however we will not include profanity in our designs and reserve the right to not create items that are in direct opposition to our faith and beliefs. Etsy is a big place with tons of vendors/sellers who will create most anything you could look for.  

METAL LASER CUT SIGNS:

Metal laser cut signs are cut out of large sheets of raw steel. Steel, much like purchasing lumber at a building materials store, may have imperfections in it. If you purchase an unfinished raw steel sign, there will be color inconsistencies, possibly scratches, or other imperfections visible in the metal. It is RAW METAL.  

Edges may possibly be sharp.  

If you order a powder coated sign, please be aware of the possibly sharp points or edges in your design. The imperfections noted above may still be in the metal, but the powder coat might cover them up.  

We make every effort to make sure the imperfections are kept to a very low minimum.

If you have questions concerning any of these notes, please don't hesitate to ask.  

ETCHED GLASS:

Etched glass has pretty much the same issues as metal. Etched glass items are like most glass items purchased off the shelf - there can be imperfections in the glass (bubbles, lines, etc.). We make every attempt to keep these imperfections to a minimum by being very picky when we purchase pre-etched items. We ship our glass items Priority Mail. We try to label our items as being "fragile". We pad our boxes and items with a generous amount of foam packing. Under normal circumstances, our items should arrive in the same condition they left us in. We cannot be responsible for every item the Post Office breaks. We can file a claim and try to recover the value of the item so we can replace it for you. Please do not discard your item if it arrives broken. Sometimes, the Post Office requires physically seeing the broken item and the packaging before they will honor the insurance claim. We are just a married couple with a side hobby business doing what we love doing. We cannot afford to replace everything the Post Office breaks for free.  

DESIGN PROOFS:

Unless the design is straight stock as per the listing, we make every attempt to send our customer a design proof. Sometimes these proofs are done as Photoshop mockups. A mockup is just that - a mockup. A mockup does not and is not intended to accurately represent the finish of an item or the item itself. It is really just for giving you as close of an idea as possible of what your finished product should look like. I am fairly flexible on working with my customers to get them the custom ideas that they want. I reserve the right to add in a design charge if it looks like it's going to take more than a couple of times to get this exactly the way you want it. I hate to put this in here, but I have spent many hours drawing designs for people that either never made the purchase, or took the design to somebody else.
